SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made at avenstudio.co from E.L.W. Ventures LLC, doing business as Aven Studio ("Aven Studio", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service (Section 11) and should be read with them. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

SUMMARY. We ship to addresses in the United States through our logistics partner. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (by the next business day for products that specifically offer next-day shipping), and we email a tracking link at dispatch. Standard shipping is by USPS, with estimated delivery within 14 days after dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery, so inspect your order and report any damage or missing items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Address changes are possible only before your order is released for fulfilment.

1. Where We Ship

1.1 We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States from this store.

1.2 Delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories depends on carrier availability, and delivery times and rates may differ. Promotional next-day shipping may not be available for these addresses. Any restriction or additional charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Shipping Rates and Taxes

2.1 Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any free-shipping offer is shown on the Site and at checkout and applies only as stated.

2.2 We collect sales tax where required by law, based on the delivery address. The tax amount is shown at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

3.1 "Business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. "Dispatch" means that we hand your order to the carrier.

3.2 Standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days after you place them, subject to stock availability.

3.3 Next-day shipping. Products that specifically offer a next-day shipping promotion are dispatched by the next business day after you place your order, meaning they are handed to the carrier that day. Next-day shipping applies only to those products, and only while the promotion is shown on the product page and at checkout. It refers to dispatch and not to delivery; delivery time depends on the shipping service used.

3.4 Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. As set out in our Terms, your contract with us is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

3.5 Orders may ship in more than one package. If your order contains both next-day promotional products and other products, they may be dispatched at different times and in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.

4. Delivery Times

4.1 Standard shipping is by USPS. Estimated delivery is within 14 days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

4.2 Carrier disruption, severe weather, peak periods, and other events beyond our control can delay delivery.

5. Delays in Dispatch

If we cannot dispatch your order within the time we have stated, or in any case within 30 days after you place it, we will email you with a revised dispatch date and let you choose either to agree to the delay or to cancel your order for a prompt full refund. If we cannot meet the revised date, we will offer that choice again.

6. Carriers and Tracking

6.1 Standard shipping is by USPS. Where a promotion or another shipping option uses a different carrier or service, it is shown at checkout.

6.2 We email a tracking link with your shipping confirmation. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

7. Delivery Address and Changes

7.1 You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

7.2 To change your delivery address or cancel an order, email support@avenstudio.co with your order number as soon as possible. We can make the change only if the order has not yet been released to our logistics provider. After that, we cannot change the address.

7.3 If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Receiving Your Order and Risk of Loss

8.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you gave or to a person you designate.

8.2 Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, photograph the item, its packaging, and the shipping label, and email support@avenstudio.co with your order number within 14 days of confirmed delivery. You do not need to refuse the parcel.

8.3 We will investigate and, where the item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, offer a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy.

9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

9.1 If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors or household members, as carriers sometimes scan a package shortly before delivery. If it does not turn up, contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

9.2 If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 14 days of that date. We will investigate with the carrier and our logistics provider.

9.3 If your package is confirmed as not delivered, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Where the carrier confirms delivery to the address you gave, we will review each case and help with the investigation, subject to your legal rights.

10. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. The address on your shipping label may differ from our return address. Send a return only after we authorize it, and only to the address given in the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
